Requests for List of Licensees:
For a list of current licensees to notify of a continuing education or employment opportunity, the Board requires a written request and $25 fee. You may submit a written request or complete the List Request Form. The payment should be in the form of check or money order payable to NDMIRTB.
In your written request, please indicate what the list will be used for, the order (alpha, ZIP, by city, country, or specify order), and the format (email, labels, or list) that you wish to have. For emails, the file will be sent in pipe-delimited format as that is recommended by our tech support. However, it can be easily formatted to open in Excel. In your request, please indicate if you need instructions how to convert the file. Lists are processed within two weeks of the date the request is received.
