The Board has two regular meetings per year and will call special meetings as needed. The Board posts regular meeting agendas approximately one week before the meeting date. Please email the Board office if you have any questions about an upcoming meeting or agenda item.
If wishing to address the Board during the Public Forum of a regular meeting, you must email the Board office at least one week in advance of the meeting. This is on a first-come basis during the time allotted, and you are required to adhere to the Public Forum Rules of Conduct. Additional information and instructions will be provided via email when scheduled.

Agendas will typically be posted at least one week in advance of the meeting. However, special meetings may have shorter notice and will be posted at least one day in advance of the meeting.
