Licensee Application Status: Login

This information can be reviewed by the Licensee, Human Resource Department or Employment Management and is updated in real time with the North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board licensure database.

If you are near the end of the application process and have submitted all your documents, you may no longer be able check on your application status. If you are no longer able to login, your license may have been issued. You may then verify your license on the Verification page. On the verification page, you only need to enter your last name and do not need a license number to verify your license. If you are not able to login to the Application Status and cannot verify your license, please contact the Board office.
